Initial Services Included:

• Establishment of project goals
• An architectural space program determining the scale and type of spaces in the house
• Analysis and review of code and life safety issues
• Conceptual design, floor plans and elevations
• Drawings used for fundraising purposes
• Designs and drawings necessary for program resolution and construction
• An estimate of probable cost
• Coordination with the fundraising consultant

The house is wood stud construction with a brick veneer and is designed with educational spaces such as study spaces, library and study areas within each suite. The house has a large chapter room which can also be used as the dining room for more formal occasions. Additionally, the house has an exterior terrace area for outdoor activities.
