Tudor Style Fraternity House

The renovation of a 1923 Tudor style fraternity house on the University of Kansas campus increased housing capacity to 68 men. New study rooms were organized in mixtures of two, three, and four man study units with a separate sleeping dormitory. Suite style rooms, to accomodate eight men, were added to reduce the burden on the large dormitory. In addition to a library and computer room, the renovation also corrected circulation and exiting issues to ensure a safe environment for the occupants.
