Greek Revival Style

One of the most outstanding examples of Greek Revival style at the University of Kansas, the Sigma Chi Fraternity was in need of major repairs. The program called for a complete remodel of the lower level, partial remodeling of the first floor, and the renovation of the second and third floor into study and sleeping suites. To meet increased computer and electrical appliance use by the home members, the project included new electrical, as well as plumbing and mechanical improvements.
