Historic Warehouse Rehabilitation Creates Inspiring Office Space

The Kansas Seed House was constructed as a warehouse in 1856 and remodeled in 1889 and 1897. In recent years, the building housed an antique mall. New owners hired Treanor Architects to convert the building into downtown office space, a project that was completed in 1999. The building now provides creativity-inspiring office space for business such as Callahan Creek, an advertising, marketing and public relations agency.
