New Courthouse

The new courthouse is located on a prominent corner in El Dorado, directly across the street from the original 1908 historic courthouse. It was essential that the design for the project fit the character of this small town and the historic neighborhood. The new 64,000 square foot building will include four jury capable courtrooms for the 13th Judicial District on the upper level, incorporating court services, clerk of the court, district attorney offices and a juvenile hearing room on the main level.
