Flexible Laboratory Arrangements

In adding to an existing pharmaceutical research building 26,233 square feet of research laboratories, offices, seminar areas, animal care areas and required support services, GLPM Architects worked closely with INTERx personnel, Merck & Co. and MSDRL engineers.

This building, while economical, provides flexible laboratory arrangements that can be modified, as research needs change. Mechanical/ electrical systems are very sophisticated. Each lab becomes independent of all others with respect to relative pressures and return air.
