Integration

Pittsburg State University wanted to investigate the concept of integrating the campus Greek system with the University housing department, allowing the University to offer another housing option for students. Offering the Greek organizations the benefit of administration assistance from the University. The master plan allowed for six houses grouped in twos with each group sharing a common elevator, laundry, and study rooms. The plan provided for a two phase project with six houses during each phase. The service included a program, conceptual plan/image, site plan, and cost analysis.
