Relocation

Treanor Architects provided services on the Historic Campus of Benedictine College for the revitalization of the Old Gymnasium Building and remodel of the existing student center. These projects will take place in three phases. Since the buildings are located next to one another and share student services, Treanor provided a Master Plan including the functions for both buildings.

Phase I focused on the “family room” for the thousand students on campus. Relocation of The Roost, one of the food service elements on campus, adjacent to the bookstore was included to provide greater convenience for students. Adjacent to The Roost are eating areas, lounges, recreation spaces, a convenience/bookstore, pub and support spaces.
