Unification

St. Maur Hall is the center of activity for the Conception Seminary College in Conception, Missouri. Built in the early 1900’s, St. Maur houses the administration offices, faculty offices and classroom for the college. In addition to the academic side, it also contains the student chapel and alumni union. The project consists of a full renovation of the buildings 35,000 square feet; including an update to the mechanical and electrical systems, making the building code compliant, and reorganizing the program spaces. The design separates the different functions throughout the building while unifying it with a new grand center stair.
