Marketplace

In support of the University’s mission to make Washburn a residential campus, Stauffer Commons was designed with a “marketplace style”. Replacing a cafeteria-style eatery, the marketplace provides students with a variety of choices. Stauffer Commons includes five different serving stations: pizza, deli, home-style, stir-fry, and a grill. Also included is a full service soup/salad bar, beverage area and dessert island. As the main eatery on campus with a capacity of 250, three meals are available daily to all students, faculty and visitors.
