Upperclassman Housing

A program returning Willard Hall to a residential housing facility was planned by Pittsburg State University and was refurbished to attract single, traditional-age students.

The design of the facility accommodates 40 double rooms, 32 single rooms with private or semi-private bathrooms and a basement primarily used for storage. Treanor Architect's provided renovation of the structure including the addition of an elevator, compliance with ADA and fire/life codes, and the demolition of Mitchell Hall.
