Commerce Bank is a four-lane, drive-up bank consisting of 5,800 square feet. The bank itself contains 2,600 square feet with 800 square feet of common space. An additional 2,400 square feet is leased space which provides use for additional financial services. Because of the site location, the facility had to meet strict guidelines in which an architectural review committee analyzed all aspects of the building and design to make sure it complied with the Oread West Development standards. The building construction is a 50% masonry and 50% aluminum store-front system with insulating glass. It also includes a standing seam metal roof. Commerce's unique feature is its partially exposed structural steel system on the building exterior.
