Durvet, Inc. is a 45,000 square foot office, warehouse, and distribution center located on the new Adams Dairy Parkway. Durvet is the first building constructed in the parkway which will become the future location of office and industrial use in Blue Springs. Durvet is the national headquarters and national distribution center for an animal drug pharmaceutical company. Various drug orders for the farm animal industry are filled at this location and shipped to distributors in all fifty states.

The building is constructed with tilt-up concrete walls, steel structural frame and blue-tinted, reflective glass. The docks are located on the west side of the building to screen their view from the parkway. The building has a distinctive administrative office of 5,000 square feet that is homed in the circular-story structure facing the parkway. The building was constructed by Meyers Brother Construction Company. Treanor Architects served as part of the design/build team.
