Kinedyne Corporation is located in the East Hills industrial subdivision on Highway K-10. It includes 50,000 square feet of warehouse and 9,000 square feet of regional corporate offices. The exterior consists of pre-cast concrete, high performance glazing, and architectural metal roofing. Our firm was part of a design/build team which delivered fast-track design and construction services. Work from design to completion of construction was finished in eight months.
