Office & Manufacturing Facility

Microtech is an office and manufacturing facility. Construction consisted of site cast tilt-up concrete walls interfaced with sapphire-blue reflective glass. The facility provides 24,500 sq ft of manufacturing/ service and warehouse and 7,200 sq ft of office space for administrative, support functions. The manufacturing space was designed to accommodate the assembly of computer equipment for retail purchase. Located in a suburban office/ warehouse development, the project conveys an image of contemporary design in keeping with the “high tech” nature of Microtech’s mission statement. The project was accomplished by using the design/ build team of Treanor Architects and Joel Fritzel Construction Company.
