Architecturally responding to one of the most prominent intersections in Lawrence, UMB Bank Kansas built their flagship building within the growing Oread West Office Park on the west side of the community. To give the building a presence on the corner, the 10,000 square foot facility is divided into two-stories, with the upper level providing lease space. The brick. limestone, metal roof and glass window bays provide warmth, durability and human scale to the building that is appealing to the community and is a good neighbor within the office park. The building includes four teller stations, seven service desks, and five drive-thru lanes.
