Beta Theta Pi (MU)University of Missouri - Columbia
The Beta Theta Pi house was outdated and needed major fire safety and technology upgrades.
In order to provide a better choice for their members and their parents, Beta Theta Pi decided to build a new state of the art fraternity house with the longevity to last 50 years. The new building is designed to promote academics, brotherhood and to be a point of pride for both the alumni and the chapter.
The 32,445 square foot facility contains beds for 74 men in a variety of two-person and four-person suites.
