Treanor Architects, provided services on the historic campus of Benedictine College for the revitalization of the Haverty Center and the remodel of the existing student center. The revitalization of the Haverty Center and the Student Center will be completed in three phases. With the buildings being located next to one another, the student services area were being used by both buildings. Treanor provided the college with a master plan including the functions for both buildings. Phase I focused on the renovation of the existing student center. The Raven Roost is the social "hub" for Benedictine's 1,000 students and is conveniently located at the center of campus. The facility includes a campus store; food court featuring the Monte Cassino Inn restaurant and pub; large open areas furnished with tables, chairs and booths; and a study area that features soft reupholstered furniture, oak paneled bookcases and a fireplace. Memorabilia reflecting the various eras in the college's rich history is displayed throughout the facility.
